Foreclosures:
Why You Need To Learn The Foreclosure Game From An Attorney
erroneous foreclosure information taught by some of the biggest name real estate gurus can leave you totally confused when you try to find foreclosure properties.
If you are in a power of sale state, you do not have an area of your courthouse devoted to foreclosures. Yet, the vast majority courses on foreclosures tell their students to march down to the courthouse and find the foreclosure area. Supposedly, files can be had with the legal information, title report, and all details for each foreclosure. If a clerk ever stared blankly at you when you asked for the foreclosure area, you now know why. You probably don’t have one, because you are not in a judicial foreclosure state.
Just because a particular guru lives in Florida, a judicial foreclosure state, that doesn’t mean that the rest of us do. Thus you should always learn the law for your jurisdiction from someone such as myself that can teach you how to do the foreclosure business in whatever type of jurisdiction you find yourself in.
Whether you choose to study foreclosure with me or not, make sure that whoever you learn from has a grounding in how the foreclosure process works in all jurisdictions. If you aren’t from the same state as that guru, you may find that his or her information on foreclosures may be invalid. I hope that this information has been beneficial to you. If so, I invite you to preview my full foreclosure and real estate course for more great ideas that you can apply immediately.
